Hello! Thanks in advance for any information.
I’m 40 years old, 5’9″ tall and about 150 lb. I’ve been surfing for just about two years, usually around 3 times a week. I’m in Orange County California and I typically surf beach breaks, pretty often it’s weak around here. I’m currently riding a Harbour Drifter fun-shape, it’s got plenty of foam at 7′ x 21″ x 3″
I’m finally starting to “get it” to certain degree at least. I can catch most waves I go after and I’m just beginning to figure out how to maneuver the board / turn etc. I know I still have A LOT to learn.
And finally on to my question. I’m interested in trying a smaller board with less float. I’ve read some good reviews on the Lost Lazyboy and I’m considering the 5’8″ x 21″ x 2.5″ (33.9 L). Just interested in opinions on that board for someone at my level.
