Hi,
I’ve been surfing for a little over than a year now. Surfing wave faces frontside and backside, but not maneuvering a lot yet. Currently I surf a 7’4″, 21″ and 2 5/8″ funboard, most of the time in Rio de Janeiro’s fast beachbreaks. I’ve tried my friend’s 5’7″ (stok dims) Average Joe and I paddled and stood up without a problem. I’m 32, 6’2″, 185lbs, fit and wishing to take the next step. I already have in mind to buy a Puddle Jumper (not sure about the size) but I also want to buy a second board for days when the surf gets bigger, more of an all around board. Can you guys help me with an advice about the PD size (thought 5’11”) and a suggestion for the second board?
Thanks!
