Hey Benny,
I am very interested in the V3 Lost Rocket but not sure what dimensions would suit me best. Hoping you could help with some advice. I am an intermediate surfer, weigh around 176 pounds (80 kgs) and am 5 foot 8″ (178 cm) tall.
I live on the Gold Coast and surf point breaks and beachies. The conditions are mostly small but get some bigger days. I’d like the board to be pretty versatile, for small grovelly days and good head to just over head high days.
Any advice on what would suit me would be awesome!
Thanks mate,
Brett
Hi Brett, have you checked out this guide to help you determine the right volume for you?
The V3 Rocket is an amazing all rounder, I think that is a great choice. A 5’10 V3 Rocket will probably suit you!

I’m your exact same size – 178cm x 80kg,but from W.A!!
I just picked up a V3 rocket at 5’7 x 19 1/4 x 2 5/16 for 27.8L.
And it’s perfect..
I’m using it at the lower range wave spectrum as a step down all rounder etc.
Hope this helps
